Oklahoma City Thunder guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander dissed Steph Curry following the Warriors two losses to the Thunder, and Warriors legend Andre Iguodala has cautioned the young star.

SGA made an Instagram post a few days ago, which featured a number of videos and photos of him cooking Curry during their two recent matchups.

There were also some fit photos and random stuff sprinkled into the post, but there is no denying he disrespected the four-time champ.

He captioned it, “I was feeling like e-40 in the Bay, so i had to go dumbbbbb.”

The post caught the attention of recently retired Warriors star Andre Iguodala, who warned SGA that he may regret publicly calling out Steph.

He posted ‘I felt like E40 in the bay because I was going dumb’ and he had all his clips,” Iguodala said on his Point Forward podcast. “I love the competitive spirit, but he just might have woke up a sleeping giant.”

Gilgeous-Alexander dropped 40 points on Curry and the Dubs in their 130-123 OT win on Saturday, but Curry still managed to get 25 points and seven assists in the contest.

Thunder definitely have the upper hand for now, but Iguodala thinks that Curry will respond to SGA’s diss on the court.

“I am interested to see like the next five games for the Warriors. I am gonna pay close attention to that,” Iguodala said.

Curry was definitely the main driver that helped Golden State out of their six-game losing streak.

He put his side on notice when he spoke about not wanting a losing mentality to create a “stink in the locker room”.

The Warriors will still be without Draymond Green for three more games due to suspension, after he put Rudy Gobert in a headlock earlier this month.
