Among the great protagonists of the tournament, we will be able to see Tiger Woods with his 14-year-old son Charlie, who will participate for the fourth time and who in the past achieved an excellent second place.
Also competing will be Steve Stricker, winner of three Senior Majors last season, who will make his debut in the tournament together with his daughter Izzi, a high school champion in Wisconsin. Stricker has already won six times on the PGA TOUR Champions this year and finished second five times.
In addition to the aforementioned Woods and Stricker, there will be other big names from the world of golf in Orlando. Defending champions Vijay Singh and son Qass teamed up again at this event for the 16th time, managing to win and become the first pair to have two rounds under 60 in the tournament.
Vijay Singh earned a victory on the PGA Tour Champions this year, once again proving himself as a top-level player. John Daly and his son, John Daly II, set a new PNC winning scoring record in 2021, showing they have what it takes to win with skill and determination.

Will was just 11 years old last year in his tournament debut, becoming the youngest participant in the event’s history. Although she is still young, Annika Sorenstam once again shows her talent and skill at this level of competition.
Padraig Harrington is hoping to improve on her fourth-place finish last year. This year, Padraig will play with her youngest son, Ciaran, who, despite his young age, proves he is ready for this type of challenge. Padraig Harrington has already won twice on the PGA Tour Champions this year, demonstrating a high level of play.
Stewart Cink and his son Reagan have shared precious moments together on the golf course in recent years, with the young Reagan as his caddy during his father’s resurgent career. Thanks to their collaboration, the duo achieved two important victories.
Stewart Cink, who reached the milestone of 50 years in May, made his debut on the PGA Champions tour and immediately finished third. Justin Thomas also decided to play with his father, Mike, after achieving victory in this same event in 2020.
The champion recently placed third at the Hero World Challenge. Lee Trevino, now 84 years old, will continue to write his history in golf as the only player ever to have taken part in all editions of the PNC Championship, supported by his son Daniel.
Matt Kuchar, the only golfer to make the FedEx Cup Playoffs every year since he was born in 2007, will play again with his oldest son, Cameron. The tournament will see the participation of illustrious champions and iconic figures from the world of golf.
