PBKS vs RR Highlights: The Rajasthan Royals have further extended their lead on the IPL 2024 Points Table. Heti, the hero
RR’s designated finisher finally came good for them. Coming in to bat with his side 113/4 and still needing 35 from 20 balls, the West Indian smashed 27 from just 10 balls and earned himself the ‘Player of the Match’ award. The southpaw kept his nerves after he needed to hit 10 off the last over with Trent Boult on the other side. Despite no runs coming off of the first two balls, he remained calm and hit 14 runs in the next three balls to get a famous win.

Samson or Dhoni?
Rajasthan Royals’ skipper Sanju Samson pulled off an incredible no-look runout, which is often associated with MS Dhoni. Although the Royals were already on top when he sent Liam Livingstone to the pavilion, the dismissal ensured that the Punjab Kings didn’t cross the 150-run mark.
Ashutosh Sharma finishes things off once again
Another day, another astonishing inning from Ashutosh. The 25-year-old is making a habit of ending the inning in style. He scored 31 runs from 16 balls and took the Punjab Kings from 103/6 to 147 in just 23 balls. He scored three sixes and a four as he took Punjab to a defendable score.
Rabada shows his class
With his team needing wickets, Kagiso Rabada showed why he’s rated so highly. The South African pacer ended with the best figures of the match, taking two wickets in his four overs and giving just 18 runs. The two scalps he claimed were off Yashasvi Jaiswal and Sanju Samson and gave his side a chance in the PBKS vs RR match.
