No. 2 seed Tommy Paul won his second-career title on Sunday in Dallas, Texas, dispatching fellow American Marcus Giron 7-6(3), 5-7, 6-3.
Paul, who is currently the second ranked American in the world, needed two hours and 32 minutes to close out his victory.
Playing in his fourth career final, Paul will move up to No. 14 in the world on Monday.
Giron, who dismissed top seed Frances Tiafoe and No. 4 seed Adrian Mannarino earlier in the event, will move up to No. 52 in the world when the latest rankings are released.

OPEN 13 PROVENCE-Marseille, France
No. 4 seed Ugo Humbert thrilled the hometown crowd in Marseille on Sunday, defeating No. 2 seed Grigor Dimitrov 6-4, 6-3 in one hour and 23 minutes.
Striking 10 aces, winning 87 percent of his first serve points and breaking serve on two occasions, Humbert picked up fifth career title and second career victory over Dimitrov in four meetings.
Dimitrov, who has been in great form in the past 12 months, reached his second final of the season and third in his past four events.
Humbert will move up to No. 18 in the world on Monday, while Dimitrov will stay at No. 13.

CORDOBA OPEN, Cordoba, Argentina
Luciano Darderi captured his first-career title on Sunday in Cordoba, Argentina, defeating Facundo Bagnis 6-1, 6-4.
Needing one hour and 24 minutes to prevail, Darderi hit eight winners, won 61 percent of his second serve points and broke Bagnis’s serve on four occasions.
Improving to in the world, Darderi also playing in his first-ever final.
Bagnis, who was playing in his second-career final (Santiago, Chile 2021), will move up to No. … on Monday.
